Key Responsibilities

 Shift Management

  • Create and maintain SOC shift schedules
  • Ensure proper 24/7 coverage and staffing
  • Handle shift swaps, availability, and on-call coordination
  • Monitor workload distribution across analysts

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze security incidents and alert trends
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly SOC reports
  • Track key metrics (SLAs, MTTR, alert volumes, false positives)
  • Build dashboards for operational visibility

SOC Operations Support

  • Maintain SOC documentation and procedures
  • Improve SOC workflows and automation opportunities
  • Coordinate with incident response and threat intelligence teams

 Process Improvement

  • Identify operational bottlenecks
  • Recommend improvements in scheduling and reporting
  • Support maturity initiatives (KPIs, SOC optimization)


Qualifications

  • BSc with minimum IT background knowledge
  • Ability to analyze operational data and generate insights
  • Workforce Management experience will be considered a plus
  • Strong coordination and scheduling skills
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working with reporting tools and dashboards
  • Clear communication and structured thinking
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Familiarity with Power BI will be considered a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Greek language
