Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
Join BILL as an SMB Account Manager (Activation) and help mid-market customers unlock the full value of our spend and expense platform. You’ll own a book of our largest SMB and mid-market accounts, building trusted relationships with finance and accounting leaders to drive adoption, expand usage, and translate their workflows into tangible results. If you are energized by solving real operational challenges for customers and can turn insights into action, this role offers a direct path to measurable impact.
You’ll be part of our post‑sales organization focused on activation and expansion—guiding customers from onboarding through continuous enablement and growth. In this role, you’ll coach teams on best practices, remove friction in product usability, and identify opportunities to extend BILL across departments and subsidiaries. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
