We are looking for a Smart Building & Physical Security Sales Manager who is responsible for project-based sales and technical-commercial support for ICT, information systems, data integration, and building automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the sales and technical coordination point for ICT, Security, and Building Automation solution integration projects, including conducting customer meetings and translating customer needs into system solutions.
  • Delivering detailed ICT and BAS system specifications.
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis and using CRM analytics to evaluate project and customer performance across EMEA.
  • Building data pipelines using Python, SQL, APIs, NLP, and workflow automation; supporting analysis and visualization.
  • Design SOPs, optimizing processes.
  • Manage supplier relationships and coordinate international logistics.
  • Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Data Science, ICT, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in ICT, Building Automation sales, data analytics, or related roles.
  • Experience in process optimization and SOP development.
  • Strong skills in cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, market analysis, and project-based sales.
  • Skilled in SQL, Python, Machine Learning, API integration, workflow automation, data visualization and CRM analytics.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; German language skills are a plus.
