Run a needs assessment across key user groups (e.g., local government education/ICT teams, school leaders, partners, program staff)

Local government teams needing school-level performance tracking
Ministry-level stakeholders needing aggregated insights
Program staff needing operational and performance insights to improve the product
Design visualization approaches for core fidelity metrics (dosage, engagement time, syncing regularity, tablet functionality rates)
Produce wireframes/mockups and prototypes showing future dashboard capabilities
Create user guides and contribute to a phased implementation roadmap
Collaborate regularly with the client team, document work throughout, and support knowledge transfer
Must Have:
Proven experience delivering systems assessments and GAP analyses in multi-stakeholder environments
Strong dashboard development skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Excellent data visualization, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with user-centered design and translating needs into clear dashboard/technical specifications
Strong English communication and documentation skills
Ability to balance strategy with practical delivery, work independently, and meet tight timelines
Nice to Have:
