Responsibilities

Assist Slovenian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing high-quality technical support.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their experience.
Document all customer interactions and maintain records in the company database.
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to facilitate resolution of customer issues.
Participate in training programs to stay informed about the latest technologies and services.
Provide feedback for continuous improvement of customer service practices.

Requirements

Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer care.
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Strong team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and experience a new cultural environment.
