Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outbound and inbound communication (voice, email, social media, and video calls).
Assist customers with troubleshooting, ordering, and product usage queries.
Provide accurate and timely after-call notes in English using CRM systems.
Actively promote company products and services through upselling and cross-selling to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Address and resolve customer concerns with speed and professionalism.
Leverage data insights to proactively engage customers, improving outcomes and success rates.
Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for the customer and enhance service quality.

Requirements

Native proficiency in Slovenian
Advanced (B2) level in English (oral and written)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing customer expectations
Experience in de-escalating scenarios and ensuring positive outcomes
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
