Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat concerning their bookings.
• Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and inquiries to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide insights and guidance on various destinations and Booking.com offerings to enhance the customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to uphold high service standards and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Participate in continuous training to improve your travel knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic environment.
