Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch technical support to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries pertaining to products and services effectively.
• Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and improve support skills.
• Collect customer feedback to suggest improvements for both products and support processes.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong technical aptitude and effective troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
• Prior experience in technical support or IT is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving processes.
• A collaborative spirit with a strong commitment to helping customers.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
