Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to helping others.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment.
• Basic technical knowledge to assist with customer inquiries related to their vehicles.
• Willingness to live and work in Greece while embracing a new culture.
