Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to real estate properties and management services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about real estate trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong dedication to providing high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or real estate is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a strong willingness to learn.
