Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Slovak-speaking clients regarding mobile banking services through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through mobile banking features.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on mobile banking trends and improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
