Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to luxury products, providing detailed information and support to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on luxury market trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
• A passion for luxury brands and customer service excellence.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in luxury retail, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
