Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting related to home entertainment systems.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development to stay informed about product advancements.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
• Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong interest in home entertainment systems and technology.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
