Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Handle inquiries regarding home appliances, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product information and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or the home appliances industry is a plus but not mandatory.
