Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels.

• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on food service trends and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
