You will ensure that customers receive clear guidance and support throughout their experience. Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients in need of assistance with automotive insurance and claims.
• Assist customers in navigating their claims processes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of each step.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and claims information in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support or the insurance sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
