Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Address customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to meet service targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and service techniques.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new software.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and embrace a new cultural experience.
