Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to deliver accurate information to customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.

Requirements

• Fluent in Slovak, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
