You will assist Slovak-speaking clients with their inquiries regarding online retail services, ensuring they have a positive and productive shopping experience. Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, assist with product information, and resolve any issues that may arise during the online shopping process.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online retail.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or online retail is an advantage, but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
