Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication platforms.
• Address customer inquiries efficiently, providing information and support regarding health and wellness products.
• Ensure a friendly, professional, and empathetic approach in all interactions.
• Document customer inquiries and responses accurately for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and achieve departmental goals.
• Engage in continuous training to stay informed about product offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is a requirement. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A genuine passion for health and wellness and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers.
• Problem-solving acumen and a positive outlook.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
