Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Slovak-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues related to fitness equipment.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of fitness products and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential.

• Previous experience in customer service or a fitness-related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
