Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Slovak-speaking clients regarding eco-friendly products.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and provide detailed product information.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain an approachable and professional demeanor in all client interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately for continual service improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet performance goals and enhance product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A genuine interest in eco-friendly products and sustainability.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to helping others.
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to approach problems with a positive attitude.
• Desire to contribute to a greener future while working in a supportive team environment!
