This role allows you to combine your passion for beauty products with your customer service expertise! You will assist Slovak-speaking clients by providing them with information, support, and guidance regarding our wide range of beauty and skincare products. Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding beauty and skincare products, providing expert recommendations.
- Handle product-related questions and resolve any potential issues with professionalism.
- Document customer interactions accurately to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on beauty product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong passion for beauty and skincare products.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to learn and stay informed about beauty industry trends.
