Your Responsibilities
- Consult with Slovak-speaking clients to provide expert guidance on our artificial intelligence products and services.
- Identify specific client needs and tailor AI solutions to address them.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- Document client interactions and requests accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about the latest AI technologies and product updates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to help meet sales objectives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
- Experience in a consultancy or technical support role is preferred.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and technology.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Strong analytical abilities to address client challenges effectively.
- Able to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
