We are looking for a Sitecore Team Leader to join and guide a diverse team of 11–12 professionals, both technical and non-technical, as they continue their Sitecore transformation journey. The role combines leadership and hands-on involvement, focusing on coordination, business alignment, and the successful evolution of the company’s web ecosystem.

Mission

The Sitecore Team Leader will be responsible for leading the team through the next phase of development and modernization — transitioning to Sitecore 10.2 and introducing new functionalities and best practices. This is a role for someone who leads by example, fosters collaboration across cultures, and ensures the alignment of technical initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a cross-functional Sitecore team, ensuring efficiency, motivation, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Oversee the migration and enhancement process from the current Sitecore version to 10.2, introducing new features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, and the Scrum Master to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Define and organize new business logic and processes, aligning technical implementations with organizational needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and upskilling within the team.
  • Maintain hands-on involvement in technical tasks and integrations (approximately 60% of the role).
  • Serve as the primary point of communication for stakeholders, managing expectations and negotiating effectively across teams.

Requirements

Hard Skills

  • Strong .NET and C# background, with hands-on experience in ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework 4.7.2-4.8, SQL Server and clear understanding of the .NET 6/8 ecosystem.
  • Solid experience with Sitecore CMS, ideally including version upgrades and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations and related technologies.
  • Background as a Senior Developer or Tech Lead, with or without prior official leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is considered a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
