As a Sitecore Solutions Architect you will have the opportunity to lead and govern technical project delivery to align with commercial objectives, client goals, and standardized delivery methodologies. We ask that you have architected and designed Sitecore-based digital experience solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

What You’ll Do and The Impact You’ll Make:
- Operate effectively across both project-based delivery and long-running managed service engagements, balancing architecture rigor with pragmatic, incremental improvement.

Serve as the primary technical lead across one or more projects, fully owning end-to-end technical delivery from discovery through deployment

Collaborate closely with UX, design, content strategy, QA, and project management teams to ensure cohesive, user-centered delivery
- Define system architecture, technical approach, and acceptance criteria while maintaining clear technical documentation and design standards

Facilitate sprint and iteration planning, including task estimation, validation, and backlog refinement
- Step into existing client solutions to stabilize, modernize, and evolve platforms post-launch
- Improve legacy Sitecore implementations through performance tuning, upgrade strategy, and incremental modernization
- Mentor, coach, and guide developers, driving continuous skill growth and professional development across the team

Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and ensure deliverables meet project requirements and performance expectations

Partner with Project Managers and Account Managers to communicate technical complexities clearly and manage stakeholder expectations

Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans (RAID) throughout project delivery
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including production incidents when necessary
- Support pre-sales efforts including renewals, expansion scopes, upgrade roadmaps, and targeted new initiatives, partnering with delivery and account leadership

Collaborate with the Technical Director and leadership team to maximize delivery efficiency, resource utilization, and overall quality
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by refining methodologies, tools, and technical delivery frameworks
What We'd Love to See

Significant years of relevant software development experience, with recent focus on Sitecore-based digital experience solutions

Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET (MVC/Core), Next.js and web API development

Proven experience designing and implementing Sitecore XP/XM/XM Cloud architectures, including integration with external systems and APIs
- Sitecore AI Suite Experience: Hands-on experience with other parts of the Sitecore ecosystem, such as Sitecore Connect, Send, CDP, Personalize and Search a plus.

Hands-on experience with Sitecore PowerShell Extensions and SXA

Experience implementing and configuring Coveo for Sitecore, including search tuning, indexing strategies, and integration with personalization features

Experience configuring and maintaining Sitecore infrastructure (PaaS/IaaS, CD/CM topologies, Azure, Vercel/Netlify)

Practical understanding of DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps and Github Actions.

Strong front-end development skills including React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, SASS, Storybook and other modern tooling

Knowledge of Docker, AKS and Containerized Sitecore solutions/deployments.

Demonstrated ability to own technical delivery across full project lifecycles, from architecture through deployment

Experience mentoring and leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and contributing to estimation and planning activities

Demonstrate a willingness to take on hands-on development

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline

Previous consulting or digital agency experience strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills
- Collaborative, self-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments

Active Sitecore Certifications is a plus

Exposure to adjacent CMS and composable platforms (Optimizely, Contentstack, Contentful, Storyblok) is a plus.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $135,000 to $175,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by several factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
