The Role
Cypress Creek Renewables is seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to support the construction of a utility-scale solar project. This role serves as the on-site safety leader and owner’s representative, responsible for overseeing all aspects of site safety performance and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Cypress Creek Renewables’ HSSE policies and standards.
The Site Safety Manager will provide strong field leadership, partner closely with construction management and contractors, and drive a proactive safety culture focused on prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Location: The role is based in Wilson, AR or remote across the US with an expectation of having a rotational schedule reporting to Wilson, AR (5 weeks on, 1 week off).
