One of our companies is currently looking for a Site Reliability Engineer in Slovakia.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing and maintaining scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure. You'll partner closely with engineering teams to build CI/CD pipelines, automate core operational processes, and ensure the smooth operation of cloud-based platforms. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Slovakia, with access to the latest technologies like Kubernetes and AWS. Accountabilities:

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines that ensure high availability and efficiency.
• Automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes across cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support system reliability and performance.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to fostering a DevOps culture across the team.
• Lead efforts to scale AWS-hosted platforms and improve monitoring and observability.
• Champion performance improvements that enhance build quality and deployment speed.
• Collaborate on infrastructure projects that directly impact production environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Site Reliability or DevOps role within a SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms) and containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
• Solid foundation in software engineering principles and proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, infrastructure automation, and monitoring systems.
• Experience with observability tools including real-user monitoring (RUM), tracing, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
• Passion for quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.
