Your Responsibilities:

An SPS will be able to complete the following tasks consistently and effectively:

• Drafting Site Plans for various types of projects using AutoCAD and MicroSurvey
• Complete all work with various municipal design guidelines and requirements in mind
• Be well-versed in zoning by-laws and requirements for work being completed in the different municipalities
• Reach out to other professionals to discuss any issues that arise during the Site Plan drafting stages and be able to answer any client questions.
• Work closely with the Construction and Production Team to address any issues that may arise
• Become knowledgeable in both AOLS and IBW Standards
• Become knowledgeable in other drafting types of drafting completed at IBW, including legal and engineering surveying.
