Site Lead

We are seeking detailed-oriented Site Leads to oversee on-site data collection operations in the La Jolla area. This role is responsible for managing study moderations, ensuring sessions run smoothly, and maintain overall site performance and data quality.

 

Key responsibilities & duties: 

 

  • Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for the data collection study
  • Supervise moderators and ensure adherence to study protocols
  • Monitor session flow and troubleshoot issues in real time to minimize disruptions
  • Serve as primary point of contact for on-site escalations or participant concerns
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure efficient execution of all sessions
  • Support moderators with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process questions as needed
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data collection and documentation
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders on progress, issues, and updates
  • Maintain organization of equipment, workspace, and overall site readiness
  • Ensure compliance with study protocols, safety standards, and project requirements

Qualifications: 

 

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Tech-savvy with experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues
  • Experience with data collection, research studies, or operations preferred
  • Comfortable overseeing teams and providing real-time direction
  • Reliable, organized, and detailed-oriented
  • Must be available to work on-site in La Jolla

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading or supervising small teams
  • Prior experience in in-person research or data collection environments
  • Familiarity with participant scheduling and session coordination


Employment Terms

  • Start Date: April 10th
  • Location: La Jolla, CA
  • Work arrangement:100% on-site
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, primarily business hours
  • Employment type: Full-time at will (employed via EOR)
  • Project Duration: ~1 month (role tied to a short-term client project; continuation not guaranteed)
