Site Inventory & Materials Flow Coordinator - PL#49278

Peter Lucas is seeking a skilled and organized Inventory & Materials Flow Coordinator to join the team.

The ideal candidate would support warehouse and supply chain operations on-site. This site-based, rotational role will play a critical part in standardizing and documenting material flow processes, establishing inventory management procedures, and optimizing logistics and yard organization. The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse supervisors, operations, and capital teams to ensure smooth and efficient materials management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist warehouse supervisors in developing and implementing policies and procedures for inbound and outbound materials.
• Establish and document inventory management processes, including:
• Receipt processes to add inventory from purchase orders
• Stocking methodology and bin labeling standards
• Cycle count procedures and schedules
• Materials issuance procedures for departments and work orders
• Integration of inventory flow with maintenance systems (work orders & pick slips)
• Inventory return process management
• Organize and optimize yard layout for outdoor resource laydown.
• Support logistics flow for bulk materials inbound to site.
• Collaborate with operations, capital projects, and supply chain teams to standardize materials flow and ensure alignment across departments.

Additional Information:

On-site rotation: Week on / Week off

shifts: 11 hours per day (6:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory set-up, management, and process standardization.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and materials management systems.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to work independently on-site and interface effectively with multiple teams.
• Willingness to commute on a rotational schedule using site-provided transportation.
