Site Improvement Engineer

• Lead and support lean transformation (e.g. Daily Management, Material Flow, Quality Control)

• Guide and coordinate subcontractor collaboration, especially in warehouse operations (e.g. receiving, inspection, shelf layout)

• Improve site productivity and operational efficiency

• Facilitate daily meetings and visual management tools

         组织日常会议和可视化管理工具

• Track and analyze site KPIs, taking actions based on devotions

• Identify issues and lead problem-solving

         发现问题并领导解决问题

• Coordinate across teams and cultures

         协调跨团队和文化

• Support training and onboarding of new processes

         支持新流程的培训和入职

• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

         了解ISO 14001 & 45001标准

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related field

         工程、运营或相关专业本科以上学历

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or site operations

         5年以上制造、装配或现场运营经验

• Familiar with lean tools (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, visual management)

         熟悉精益工具（5S, Kaizen， PDCA，可视化管理）

• Strong coordination and cross-cultural communication skills

         较强的协调和跨文化沟通能力

• Fluent in both English and Chinese (mandarin)

         中英文沟通流利
