The Halifax team is responsible for manufacturing high-quality products and managing regional distribution. We pride ourselves on a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement. We’re a diverse group of individuals, from seasoned production managers and engineers to operatives and Technicians, all working together to deliver on our site objectives and contribute to Marshall's success.
The job details
The atmosphere at the Halifax site is fast-paced, results-driven, and supportive. Your role as Site Administrator is absolutely vital - you'll be the organisational lynchpin that keeps the site running smoothly. You'll interact daily with every department, making you an integral and highly valued member of the team.

The Site Administrator is central to the Halifax operation, acting as a highly dynamic site generalist supporting all Marshalls trading divisions. Key responsibilities include managing the Point of Sale (POS) and Marketing Material Portfolio, providing crucial administrative support for internal sales and front office planning, and serving as a primary administrative contact for high-level customers. Operationally, the role involves streamlining technical team workflows and expertly managing the site's job issuance process - from receiving job requests via email or job sheets, to recording and efficiently dispatching them to the shop floor for production, alongside handling ad-hoc requests promptly.
