By joining as a Shuffler, you’ll start with our in-house training academy, where you’ll gain all the essential knowledge and skills. Your workdays will take place in our modern studio by the Nemunas River, doing a standing role that helps you stay active and feel good throughout the day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Checking card quality

• Replacing and shuffling cards following the set procedures

• Informing team leaders about any issues that arise

We offer:

• A guaranteed €1 bonus per working hour to cover transport and food (in addition to your hourly wage)

• Hourly pay ranging from €7.06 to €12.59 gross

• Flexible schedule – choose your work time and shift: morning (7:00–15:00), afternoon (15:00–22:00), night (22:00–07:00)
