Support daily showroom operations and customer service while gaining hands-on experience in a creative and dynamic environment.
We are looking for a motivated Showroom & Office Assistant to support our team in daily showroom operations, office tasks, events, and customer support. This part-time role (20 hours/week) is perfect for students who want hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Prepare and maintain the showroom: arrange samples, tags, and display content on TVs; coordinate temporary staff
Assist with sample ordering, customs clearance, and turnover between customers, agencies, and final products
Coordinate courier services and manage office supplies and consumables
Support office maintenance and liaise with service agencies
Help plan and support toy fairs and retailer presentations, including setup of collection rooms, preparing materials, and attending events when needed
Support customer and post-sales processes: complete supplier and retailer forms, share product and marketing data, collect POS information, maintain sales databases, and assist with sales analysis
Assist with document preparation and workflow coordination for clients and management
Support handling consumer complaints and collaborate with the sales manager to maintain business contacts and sales channels
Currently a student, available to work part-time (up to 3 days per week)
Basic work experience (internships or part-time roles are a plus)
Fluent in English
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in an international environment
