The Shopee Marketplace Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the brand’s Shopee channel. This role owns end-to-end store operations, campaign execution, and performance optimisation, with a focus on GMV growth, efficiency, and compliance with platform requirements.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

Store & Operations Management

  • Manage day-to-day Shopee store operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and store hygiene
  • Ensure accuracy of content, product information, and pricing
  • Coordinate stock availability and campaign readiness with internal teams

Campaign & Growth

  • Plan and execute Shopee campaigns (e.g. Mega Campaigns, Brand Day, Flash Sales)
  • Work with Shopee account managers on campaign participation, visibility, and platform support
  • Manage Shopee promotional tools (vouchers, bundles, add-on deals, affiliates, live, etc.)

Performance & Analytics

  • Track store and campaign performance against GMV, traffic, conversion, and ROI targets
  • Analyse performance data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders

Advertising & Optimisation

  • Manage and optimise Shopee Ads (Search, Discovery, Shop Ads)
  • Monitor ad spend and ROAS to ensure efficient budget usage

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align campaigns, inventory, and budgets
  • Support product launches and seasonal promotions on Shopee

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing Shopee marketplace
  • Strong knowledge of Shopee backend, campaign mechanics, and ad tools
  • Proven experience driving GMV growth and campaign execution
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical and reporting skills


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing Shopee across multiple SEA markets
  • Experience in FMCG, health, beauty, or consumer brands
