Education and Experience:

  • High School Graduate/GED required
  • Trade or Technical School certificate/diploma or at least two years of mechanical technician experience preferred
  • Welding or Machining experience preferred



Knowledge and skills:

  • Understanding of electric hydraulic systems, fluid flow and industrial applications
  • Must possess proficient troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to use hand tools and test equipment
  • Ability to understand IOM/TS&R manuals for referencing of parameters, options, component specification, and wiring diagrams
  • Ability to enter data in computer system
  • Ability to drive a forklift/obtain forklift certification
  • Strong time management skills & sense of urgency
  • Flexibility to work outside the job description when the need arises
  • May require some travel for training purposes



Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

  • Standing – 95%
  • Lifting up to 70 LBS – 5%
