Shop Supervisor - Mount Oval - Full Time

SPAR Mount Oval, is searching for a talented Shop Supervisor to join our vibrant team based in in Mount Oval (Cork).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging and delighting customers with your friendly and professional approach.

• Providing expert advice and assistance to ensure outstanding customer care.

• Maintaining optimal stock levels to guarantee a well-stocked store.

• Elevating store standards through impeccable housekeeping, creative merchandising, and exceptional service.

• Adhering to cash handling procedures and legal requirements.

• Minimising waste by implementing effective stock rotation practices.

• Resolving customer queries promptly, efficiently, and in line with store policies.

• Embracing any additional tasks assigned by store management.

Whom are we looking for:

• Previous Shop Assistant experience or willingness to take the next step and learn

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
