This position will be onsite at our Grand Rapids, MI location! The hours are Monday-Friday from 12pm-9pm EST. It will also require being part of on-call rotation, where you will work one weekend every 6 weeks.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate all shipments across multiple locations to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Work directly with carriers and third-party partners, including follow up on delays or rerouting changes
Support international shipping by preparing required customs documentation
Receive parts and materials into our Distribution Center
Arrange freight, LTL pickups, deliveries, and relocations
Handle HAZMAT materials in alignment with safety requirements and regulations
Order supplies to ensure warehouse and operational readiness
Process invoices and payments
Provide shipping support to the Purchasing team during on-call hours
Deliver exceptional service and support to our Field Engineers
Collaborate with leaders and team members to implement improvements and new initiatives
Partner with other departments to align logistics with broader company processes
