Keystone Powdered Metal Company, a Sumitomo Electric Group company, is looking for a full-time Shipping Coordinator who will be working in our St. Marys, PA location. This person will report to the Shipping Supervisor.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Routes all outgoing shipments through various means of transportation
- Complete Bill of Ladings, Air Bills and ASN’s through LN and manually for contingency plan.
- Maintain warehouse for shipments.
- Type export papers and cargo invoices to accompany shipments.
- Coordinate activities for workers with the leadoff.
- Keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Communication with shipping leadoff/quality/sales/engineering.
- Write up outsource paperwork accurately and efficiently to maintain order integrity.
- Setup and maintain customer portals to get carrier information and to retrieve their bill of ladings for shipments.
- Conduct parts audits daily, monthly, and quarterly.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Reliable, consistent attendance is a requirement and essential function of this position.
Qualifications

Knowledge of Baan System.

Good communication skills.

Knowledge of label machine, UPS System and Internet.

Good typing skills.
Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, competencies and location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation and benefits package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
