We are hiring a Shipping Coordinator to manage outbound freight, shipping documentation, and system transactions in a manufacturing environment. You will coordinate daily shipments, process receiving paperwork, and work directly with Transportation, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure same-day shipping when required.

This is a 12-hour night shift role.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule daily freight pick-ups with carriers
  • Track shipment status and communicate updates to Customer Service and internal teams
  • Generate shipping documents: Bill of Lading, packing lists, sales orders, transfer orders, vendor returns
  • Process shipping and receiving transactions in Oracle, TMS, and related systems
  • Verify receipts and material entries in Oracle
  • Coordinate same-day shipments with Supply Chain
  • Ensure proper labeling and documentation accuracy (100% match before shipment release)
  • Process and close all receiving paperwork
  • Participate in daily problem-solving and continuous improvement meetings
  • Follow OSHA and site safety procedures at all times
  • Support production by ensuring materials move without delay

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution
  • Experience using ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Experience with shipping/receiving transactions in a computer-based system
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Forklift license (or ability to obtain)
  • Availability for overtime with short notice
  • Ability to work independently during 12-hour shifts
