We’re leading the way in redefining the workwear category. Our mission is to engineer better boots and apparel for our country’s tradesmen and women by working directly with real workers to learn what they actually need to execute their jobs.
The BRUNT team is not only devoted to improving on the old workwear standards, but we’re also creating a community that tradesmen and women can call their own. From our weekly hangouts at the BRUNT Garage, to hosting events across the country, we’re all about getting boots on the ground and building something real with the BRUNT crew.
The BRUNT flagship isn’t a traditional retail store, it’s a home base for the trades. A place where customers can walk in straight from a job site, try on gear built for real work, and talk with a team that understands their day-to-day. We’re building more than a place to shop, we’re creating a community hub where craftsmanship, grit, and pride in hard work come together through in-store events, local connections, and boots-on-the-ground experiences.
What You’ll Do:
As a Brunt Shift Leader, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping the store running every day. You’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience by supporting your team, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring the store looks and feels on brand.
You’ll assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, from sales performance and visual merchandising to staffing and community engagement. As a shift leader, you’ll be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring security procedures are followed, and leading the team during your shifts. You’ll step in to lead your team when needed, coach associates, and help create a positive, motivating environment where everyone can succeed.
You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of specific operational projects, support visual merchandising execution, and contribute ideas that make the store more efficient, engaging, and enjoyable for both customers and associates.
