Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking askilled Biomedical Sensors, Systems, and Digital Twin Technologies SETA to support an innovative program. The ideal candidate will provide technical and programmatic support across the full research lifecycle, including program conceptualization, technical assessment, performer oversight, and strategic guidance. The candidate in this role will bring deep technical expertise at the intersection of engineering, data science, and medicine, and will work closely with government program managers, academic researchers, industry partners, and other stakeholders to ensure technical rigor and mission alignment. Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • 8–12 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in biomedical sensors, medical devices, physiological modeling, or related biomedical systems.
  • Proficiency in machine learning and AI techniques applied to biomedical data, such as timeseries analysis, signal processing, or medical imaging.
  • Experience evaluating complex technical concepts, research proposals, and performer deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of technical reports and briefings for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, multidisciplinary research environment.

 

Desired Experience: 

  • Master’s or PhD in a relevant technical discipline.
  • Prior experience supporting DARPA or other DoD science and technology research programs.
  • Familiarity with the DoD research, development, and acquisition ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of medical device regulatory considerations, including FDA approval processes.
  • Experience with digital twin technologies, systems biology, or multiscale physiological modeling.
  • Background in wearable or implantable medical technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
