Session Notes Reviewer for Healthcare - ISTA Solutions

Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and verify therapy session notes (e.g., ABA, OT, PT, ST) for accuracy, clarity, and completeness
• Ensure all documentation complies with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and internal quality standards
• Cross-check session details such as dates, times, duration, service type, and provider information
• Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or potential compliance issues
• Provide feedback to providers or clinicians regarding documentation errors or gaps
• Coordinate with billing teams to resolve documentation issues affecting claims or reimbursements
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold data privacy standards at all times
• Use EHR platforms and QA tools to conduct thorough and efficient reviews

Requirements

• Must have working knowledge with US Healthcare
• With back-office experience, preferably in a BPO or healthcare-related setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and documentation
• Familiarity with insurance processes, medical-related industries, and ABAstandards is highly preferred
