  • Monitor project setup, staffing alignment, billing readiness, and delivery health to proactively identify risks and inefficiencies.
  • Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements that protect margin and delivery quality.
  • Support subcontractor management by tracking onboarding status, utilization, cost, and performance, and by providing visibility and insights that support effective deployment, margin management, and delivery readiness.

Business Analytics, Reporting & Insights

  • Own the accuracy and integrity of services-related data across systems (CRM and PSA, Strategy).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for services dashboards, translating metrics and trends into actionable insights that influence resourcing decisions, forecasting accuracy, and delivery execution.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for Services and executive leadership.
  • Support quarterly planning, forecasting, and QBR preparation with data-backed analysis.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Act as a connective layer between Professional Services, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Support deal reviews by validating services scope, pricing assumptions, staffing feasibility, and delivery timelines.
  • Partner with Finance on billing readiness, revenue recognition support, and variance analysis.
  • Enable consistent operating cadence across teams through standardized reporting and governance.
  • Act as a connective layer between Professional Services, Sales, Finance, Legal and Operations to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Prepare and review sales and contractual documents (e.g., Statements of Work, Work Orders, Change Orders, estimates) for both standard and custom deals, ensuring compliance with Strategy's policies.

Tools, Systems & Enablement

  • Administer and support services systems (PSA, project tracking, time & expense).
  • Assist with system enhancements, testing, documentation, and rollout of process improvements.
  • Drive adoption and consistency of tools and workflows across regions and teams.
  • Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and playbooks that support scalable execution.

  • Ensure services engagements align with internal policies, contracts, and financial controls.
  • Support audits and compliance requirements related to services delivery and billing.
  • Maintain clean operational handoffs, documentation, and reporting standards.

  • Experience in a software, SaaS, or technology services environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data to business outcomes
