📌 ServiceNow Tester – Manual & Automation (Contractor, Remote, LATAM)

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Tester to join a growing ServiceNow team at one of our major customers. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level QA who enjoys hands-on testing and wants to grow into automation, helping build and mature the QA practice for the ServiceNow platform. You’ll start with a strong focus on manual testing, gradually taking ownership of test automation using ServiceNow ATF, in close collaboration with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Systems Analysts.

🌐 Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute manual testing for ServiceNow applications, mainly ITSM and CSM
• Develop and maintain test cases and test plans
• Identify, document, and track defects using QA tools
• Perform regression testing to ensure platform stability
• Collaborate with POs and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Begin designing and implementing automated tests using ServiceNow ATF
• Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices

✅ What You Need to Succeed

Must-haves

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow (any module)
• Strong background in manual testing
• Experience or working knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF)
• Familiarity with test case management and defect tracking tools
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Selenium or other automation tools
• ServiceNow certification
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Exposure to large-scale or enterprise platforms
