We are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager with TS Clearance who can work at the client. They will be accountable for timely and quality delivery of the project while managing the three constraints - schedule, cost and resources for the entire duration of the project.
Responsibilities
Lead large-scale projects or manage multiple small to mid-sized initiatives, with overall accountability for successful delivery
Oversee ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and platform best practices
Collaborate with project sponsors and teams to define performance goals, success metrics, and project baselines
Develop and manage project financials, including estimates, budgeting, and financial models as needed
Apply standard Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies, tools, and best practices; maintain project documentation, work plans, and deliverables
Guide project teams in applying ServiceNow implementation frameworks, including Agile and ITIL-aligned processes
Plan, schedule, and assign project tasks; manage team performance to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
Partner with technical teams to ensure solution design and development align with ServiceNow architecture and client requirements
Coordinate cross-functional project activities and manage interdependencies across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, leadership, and team members through routine updates, dashboards, and meetings
Track and resolve issues and risks, particularly those related to ServiceNow platform constraints, integrations, or client-specific configurations
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project activities and resource utilization
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party contributions related to ServiceNow deployments
Support the advancement of project management and ServiceNow delivery best practices by mentoring others, conducting quality reviews, and contributing to internal knowledge sharing
Requirements
U.S. Citizenship required
Must hold an active Top Secret (TS) clearance
Must be able to work on-site at the client location
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HAM, and SAM
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
4+ years of experience in project or program management, with proven ability to lead projects and mentor others in project management methodologies
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly across all levels of an organization
Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and leadership
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of innovative thinking
Proficiency in standard project management tools, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Experience managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation through delivery
