About the Role
We are seeking a Platform Solution Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow AND Telecom (TSM, TNI, ITSM, FSM) to design, lead, and optimize enterprise-scale implementations. This role blends architecture, advisory, and innovation—ideal for someone who understands both the technical architecture of ServiceNow and the commercial levers of Telecom.
As a Telecom Platform Solution Architect, you will partner with clients to build telecom ecosystems that increase visibility, reduce risk, and drive measurable cost savings across software and hardware portfolios. You’ll guide teams in delivering end-to-end solutions that integrate TSM, TNI, and ITSM capabilities into a unified, AI-powered view of the enterprise.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow Telecom solutions, including TSM, TNI, ITSM, FSM integration, and procurement workflows.
- Ensure team organization, individual development, and communication are in-line with Delivery vision; support teams to perform at a high level; foster inter-team collaboration and productivity
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales team and Delivery Organization on creating plans that drives results based on the customers’ requirements
- Deliver measurable positive results within the client and team’s timelines and budgets
- Prepare and facilitate customer workshops to capture and define customer’s requirements.
- Interact with the different architecture, platforms, application and infrastructure teams to understand and design the solution
- Suggest new ways to grow the ServiceNow domain which will often include learning or enhancing NewRocket custom products collaborating with the Engineering and Creative teams
- Research industry impact and innovative opportunities to technical and business-related problems
- Provide engineers with architectural blueprints/requirements for customizations, data migration, or integrations
- Consistently check for security vulnerabilities and quality of what we deliver in customer projects across the architecture and engineering capabilities, including NewRocket products and services delivered to the customer
What You Bring

Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Telecom solutions, including TSM, TNI, ITSM, FSM integration, and procurement workflows.
- Knowledge of ITIL, minimum Foundation and/or CSDM, Common Service Data Model
- Advanced level ability in two of the following product lines: ITSM, CSM, HR, ITBM, ITOM, Performance Analytics, SecOps/GRC, or ITAM
- Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
- Strong scripting skills in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.
- Ability to implement systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles for cloud-based platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in documenting roadmaps with functional design elements
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Effective facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills with ability to motivate a team Strong problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex situations
- Ability to deliver high degree of customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization

Education and Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience
- ServiceNow Pre-sales accreditations
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) – Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – current or obtain within 6 months of hire
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – current or obtain within 6 months of hire
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (specific domain area) – current or obtain within 6 months of hire
- 8-12 years of experience in IT Services or Engineering
- Proven business architecture experience
