Requirements
Job Description:
• In-depth experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules, particularly Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Proven track record of implementing and managing CMDB and Discovery solutions in ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, specifically related to Configuration Management.
• Experience in creating and maintaining installation and configuration documentation related to CMDB setups.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, including agentless discovery.
• Familiarity with the integration of CMDB with other ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Able to conduct health checks and audits of the CMDB to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Skills in scripting and automation to enhance CMDB and Discovery functionalities in ServiceNow.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
