As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in ServiceNow Product Customer Service Management (CSM) and the ServiceNow Platform to drive business solutions. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage backlogs, and ensure successful implementation of Agile methodologies. Additionally, your strong background in team management will be crucial in leading and guiding project teams towards achieving project goals and milestones.
